• 3/24/26Not worth this much for such a small sandwich which is the chicken on a bun and stale fries. As of recent I'm always getting alot of cartilage and bone in the sandwich. I get it, it's life but they could do way better with the fries. Why refry? Just fry the fries to order. For 16$ plus tax... it's underwhelming. Regardless I'm always waiting for my order so might as well. Butter should always be included along with a bun. Not because I should select "cutlery" which sometimes isn't there to select. This is not Swiss chalet tradition and I'm disappointed in this location when in called in about the butter the gentleman was very dismissive. For that reason I may not order from this location again after more than 30 years I've eaten from this location. It's sad.

• 6/22/24They barley put enough teriyaki sauce like it ran out making the stir fry not as enjoyable and a few of the red peppers had a spoil taste not all the vegetables were fresh that’s for sure
