As always, this branch only prepares pickup orders (both kfc/taco bell) once the customer is there to pick it up. They only searched for my order on the system and printed it while I was there to pickup my order. Also, I intentionally arrived later than the pickup time, hoping that once I get there, ALL my orders are ready for pickup, but of course, it wasn't ready yet cause it was not even printed/on queue!! I knew about this cause I've experienced it already but I always give the benefit of the doubt, hoping their service will get better as I also notice the crew/staff also gets changed. Having to order and pick it up is so useless for this store. Better just go there and wait for your turn as the lineup is also long for they prioritize drive thru(?)

chewy stale soft taco, it was cold not even the meat was warm, received no hot sauce even though I requested it on my order. it was very bad quality and very disappointed 😔
