Can the employees not tell the difference between a Large Queso - Side (almost $6) and a small queso side?? Third time ordering Large Queso - Side and getting a small.....

I used to order here all the time. But suddenly I can't add sour cream or anything to my food? If I'm paying that much, I would like to be able to add the things I like. Not paying extra for sour cream that has split in the fridge from being stored there for too long. Sad to say goodbye to my daily lunch order.

For some reason they put the Mucho Tostada in a paper sack. Therefore not only does the shell get cracked when put with items in the sack but a big part of the ingredients slid off the tostada shell. What happened to the small square boxes they normally put these in to protect them?
