both were perfect, the Nachos had the perfect chip to topping ratio & the Combo #1 Soft Burrito had the perfect ratio of ingredients. Even my coke was perfect, best meal Ive ordered from them!!!

burrito.and chicken nachos were great and the crisp meat burititos always on point but I didnt order spicy Mexi tots and it was for a relative who is fighting mouth cancer and cant do spicy anything g because his mouth is raw and it took a half hour to stop hurting and he could barley eat his crisp meat burrito

We love taco time, this store is complete garbage. Whether you order online, with doordash, pick up in store, everytime it feels like it's the staffs first day. They get behind on orders quickly , constantly messing up orders, I have written into corporate because of this stores in ability to complete basic orders. Order at you own risk, prepare to be disappointed.

Food was ready when I arrived for pickup, but the customizations were wrong for my burrito bowl. They added an ingredient I asked to be held and forgot an ingredient I paid extra for...
This was my first time ordering from the Monroe location. I wil try it agan.
The prices seem high, but the quality of the ingredients seem pretty good and the portion size is a better value than the other well known burrito bowl restaurant.
