Barbacoa was so bland, flavorless. The texture of the meat was odd as if it wasn't done well. I kept on finding tough, chewy pieces of cheek or tongue.

The best barbacoa/ cachete/ lengua tacos and lonches ive ever had! And the salsas are amazing!
