• 10/21/24The 5 Quesabirrias are gooooodd!!! The meat practically melted in my mouth. Super tender, the green and red/orange salsa is good. I was skeptical about trying consome again but theirs is actually good unlike other places I've tried 100000/10!!!

The beef ramen soup, pizza birria, birria tacos, ramen soup combo are all 10/10 delicious with generous portions. I patron this truck 1x week for the ramen soup at least. It's my favorite! Always fresh, made to order, and of course will order again, and again, and again.

• 6/11/26I have ordered from this place many many times over the past few months, Birria Tacos specifically, and the quality has just gotten SO bad recently. At first, it was very good. They put two tortillas so it would stay together, the meat was very good, it was neat. You could tell they put effort into it. However, the past few times i have ordered, it just has not been great. Something has always been off. It's either the meat is terrible quality and has a bunch of fat in it or it's not cooked how it's supposed to be cooked like it's less cooked than it should be. Some tacos have SO much meat, others have barely any meat in them. And this past time was the WORST with the quality. The tacos were absolutely falling apart, some didn't even have two tortillas so it got soggy and just fell apart in my hands. Some tacos were just so wonky with the tortillas that it fell apart anyways and I couldn't pick it up. It was terrible and you could tell that the cook did not care at all. It was like they purposefully made the tacos bad, which is strange because I have probably gotten these tacos at least every other week for the past few months. I am not sure what happened in the past few weeks, but they need a reality check on getting their quality back up. Certainly the last time I am ordering from here.

• 6/18/24The Pizza Birria (For Two) was so good. It didnt have the likes and I like a lil' squeeze of lime onmy Mexican food. Been trying to find a place that makes a birria pizza forever and finally gave yall a try! I would say it can honestly feed 3. It's a lot.

• 6/30/24Chicken in my burrito doesn't really have any flavor. Rice is plain. I thought it was gonna look like the picture but it doesn't. Just plain chicken, plain rice and plain cheese. :( Looks bigger in the picture too. Its fine food but nothing too crazy. Probably wouldn't order again. Doesn't stand out from all the other trucks.
