Everything, was really good. One of the best trucks in modesto. Definitely now in my top 5 places. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars (perfect) was because the BURRITO CALIFORNIA has very few french frys. Other than that, this place is going to be a regular for me, and my family. The BURRITO MACHO might be the best burrito I have ever had in my life.

So good!! I'm a pescatarian and finding solid mexican has been very hit or miss, but this place has taken the cake. I got thePAPALOCA!!! (w shrimp) , Taco El Capi (w/fish), and 2 Taco Regular (one shrimp, one fish). Everything was cooked perfectly, had great flavors, generous portions, fresh veggies, and traveled super well. Will definely be ordering again

Tacos El Plebe is one of, if not the best taco trucks around! Try the BURRITO MACHO , never thought I would see an innovative super burrito. Their Taco's are amazing, and who else offers Acompañante de Cebolla y Chile Asado / Side Onion and Roasted Chili. much better than jalapenos, and limes! My entire family absolutely loves this place

I love this place and beenjoy trying new things because I reallyove the crazy potat. I think this is also the best Torta I've had in a long, long time. Of course the Jamaica 24oz is always wonderful.
