The manager is absolutely phenomenal! I didn't get her name but she went way beyond to take care of my order. The food was on point, as usual.

Never again. Expensive mediocrity - come now, $19+ for a CUP of jambalaya? The only seasonings that Tad's "Louisiana Cooking" uses: copious amounts of red pepper, black pepper and salt. The ONLY dishes that actually had everything included on the menu and with them were the (2) You Pick Two's ordered (cup of soggy jambalaya and cup of chicken/sausage gumbo & fish bites w/ (6) fried shrimp). Fish bites were good but shrimp was rubbery. The Chicken Strip Dinner (and the Kids Chicken Strips & Fries) were both VERY overcooked/fried and dried out. Both missing the gravy & toast. The Blackened Alfredo was just noodles with super salty sauce and ZERO shrimp or chicken. Potato salad was good (it's plain-no veg or crunchy stuff).

The shrimp were great and they have the world's best baked potato.
The chicken sandwich was huge and reminded me of food truck chicken on a stick!

Shrimp Poboy O'Stuffed could've used more sauce Crawfish Queso was delicious, but don't know if the crawfish was imported like the catfish. Catfish Bites were devoured by my son, but imported catfish is a shame seeing we live in Louisiana. Cajun Tacos were good as well as the Loaded Fries. All in all good food that is overpriced and uses imported seafood.

Bowl Chicken & Sausage Gumbo was excellent and had plenty of chicken and sausage...very tasty.
