The 설렁탕 Seolleong Tang was SO GOOD! I didn't know what to order and I rarely get this back home (I'm visiting from SoCal), but it exceeded my expectations! It came with noodles, beef, white rice, kimchi, green onion, salt, and some other vegetables. It came with a ton of bone broth. It was also hot upon arrival! I'd order again!

I had the worst restaurant service experience I’ve had all year today. This restaurant doesn’t even deserve one star.
At around 7:00 PM on September 3, 2026, I ordered two up-sized Seolleong Tang meals through DoorDash. I’ve ordered from this restaurant before and the service was usually fine. Normally, each meal should come with rice and noodles, a bowl of soup with meat, an additional container of soup for the paid up-size, as well as spicy kimchi and a non-spicy side dish.
When my order finally arrived, a significant portion of the food was missing. I received the two bowls of soup and two portions of rice and noodles, but the extra portions that I specifically PAID for to up-size both meals were completely missing.
The side dishes were also short by an entire set. When I brought this up, the restaurant actually claimed that they had “combined two portions into one.”
Seriously?
I had literally ordered ONE meal from this same restaurant just YESTERDAY, so I know exactly what a single portion of their kimchi and side dishes looks like. What I received tonight was essentially the same amount as the single portion I received yesterday. It was absolutely not two portions “combined into one.” One entire set of kimchi and side dishes was simply missing.
I called the restaurant to explain everything that was missing. Their solution was to tell me to place ANOTHER DoorDash order for some cheap item, and then they would include the missing food with that order.
Why should I have to place another order and pay another delivery fee and service fee because the restaurant made a mistake—or because something happened to the food during delivery? Either way, that should not become the customer’s financial responsibility.
Finally, I asked the restaurant to simply refund me for one of the meals because such a large portion of my order was missing. They told me they couldn’t issue a refund and then HUNG UP ON ME.
That was the point where this went from an incorrect order to some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
Instead of simply taking responsibility for missing items, they first tried to tell me that two portions of side dishes had somehow been “combined” into one—even though I had ordered from them just the day before and knew what one portion looked like. Then they expected me to spend more money and place another order just to receive food I had already paid for. When I asked for a reasonable refund instead, they hung up on me.
Absolutely unacceptable.
I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. After this experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. A restaurant that refuses to take responsibility for an incomplete order and treats a paying customer this way does not deserve my business.

Delicious! I do not order soup via delivery because the quality usually does not match but I was craving 설렁탕 Seolleong Tang so I made an exception. I'm so glad I did. Everything was wrapped individually. I got kimchi, fisd cake, spinach, and even rice. I'm very impressed by Tang Haus's quality.

First time trying this place. The 해물 부추전 Seafood Buchujeon was decent but the 돼지 갈비찜 Galbi Jjim was subpar at best. It lacked flavor and the ribs were really dry. Not much in terms of banchan either. Probably wouldn't order again with better places in the area.
