Not sure if they have changed their chef? Have eaten here probably 20 times but tonight was disappointing. The wontons were so spicy we couldn't eat them, and the dumplings were extremely thick batter and not cooked properly.

I have visited this restaurant on my last visit and the food was amazing, unfortunately this delivery to my hotel just down the road, the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings / 猪肉煎饺 were very doey. They were no pleasant to eat. Disappointed as I was looking forward to enjoying them again.
