just wonderful. I got the 10. Burrito Plate this time along with a 32. Tacos Salad and carnitas taco. everything tastes delicious. got enough food for dinner tonight and tomorrow night and lunch tomorrow. I only wish they had a milder salsa. don't get me wrong their sauces are delicious but I don't handle spiciness like I used to. but other than that I highly recommend Taqueria Don Carbon Express. everything I've tried here so far has been wonderful.

I'm absolutely ADDICTED to the burrito plate.... its sooo tasty ,always fresh quality products, and great portions. Can be a little skimpy on the meat sometimes, and the prices has increased just a bit . but regardless, this is a fantastic place to order from ! again and again and again, lol 🤤🤤🤤

the Pozole was delicious, fresh tasting and the portion was perfect thank you. The Esquite was rich and flavorful but I wish it had valentina hotsauce with it. The 29.Enchiladas were probably my least favorite but still tasty. very good experience!

We really enjoy the 32. Tacos Salad we both get. I mix it up between chicken/pollo, asada/ steak, or barbacoa/ shredded beef, and I've even done chorizo. My husband enjoys the al pastor/ thinly sliced marinated pork on his. It's flavorful and fresh overall. The taco shells is perfectly flaky and crisp. The flavors are all balanced and you can taste them since things are not slathered in cheese, at all.
Our toddler loves the quesadilla in chicken or steak and it's a generous portion that makes for more than 1 meal depending on your size and appetite.
We've ordered these items time and time again and enjoy supporting this restaurant.
