The Double Stack Birria Quesadilla was everything. I rarely write reviews but felt the need to for this because it was that good. They really packed the meat and cheese in that flavorful tortilla, and the flavor was mind blowing. I was pretty full after one half (since it was massive) and I can't wait for leftovers tomorrow! I will be a very frequent customer moving forward!

Honestly best birria in Austin by far and always consistently such a good meal, the value for what you get is always well off too since you feel full after finishing your meal and the consome is always a little more than what you may need. Special instructions are always followed each order I've made and are generous sizes.

I loveeee Tejas Birria. It's been delicious since the first time I tried it and they haven't dropped the quality or the generous amounts of meat they always give you. Always warm and fresh like it just came out the grill. The 4 QuesiBirria Tacos (with cheese) is the bomb and one of my favorite plates. Never disappoints! Five stars all the way!!

4 Beef Birria Flautas filled with melted cheese was great! Just the right amount of food for me. The flavors of the meat and the consomme was great and then the homemade green salsa brought the heat. So good!!

La birria estaba deliciosa, con muy buen sabor y porciones generosas. El consomé venía bien sazonado y las tortillas estaban crujientes. Todo llegó caliente y bien empaquetado. Definitivamente volvería a pedir.
