Ten Cafe is DELICIOUS. I love how fresh the boba is. The street food is also delicious and the staff are incredibly kind. thank you for the extras!

This REALLY hits the spot on a warm day and so delicious. You may have to shake/stir the contents on the bottom a bit. But that's to be expected. This is my go-to whenever I order from here.

I quite like the bubble tea from here, and the veggie gyoza is pretty good, which I always order because I'm a vegetarian, but they sent me chicken ones :(
