The West African Keto Bowl is phenomenal! Beautiful food. Halal, many, choices and variatons. The Bissap is similar to Trinidadian Sorrel. I am a chef with my own catering business and I'm very picky about where I purchase food. I will be revisiting the restaurant often and I recommend to everyone. They accommodate many palates.

Bro im devastated to write this review bc i got this delivered like a month ago and it was soooo peak. Like flavor on flavor on flavor, i was abt to take my mom here when she visits i thought we finally got fast casual west african food. To be real the price is outrageous but i thought we were getting quality. Its gone really downhill.
So it got here cold, i rewarmed it up it kinda took forever to fully heat im pretty sure this was just sitting out all day. There was virtually no rice and the salmon was stiff and freezer burnt. Strangely absolutely no flavor just the essence of whatever palm oil they use stuck in my mouth. Hours later bruh. I took a picture upon receiving. And i can literally take a picture right now cause its sitting here i couldnt even eat it. This Custom Salmon Bowl was full of 90% kale, 2 plantains, a hockey puck of salmon all doused in oil and just inedible. There was abt 10 strands of rice soaked in grease and hard and crunchy. maybe today was just an off day but i couldnt eat this and now im sad cuz i thought this place was up next lol. Probably never ordering, online at least, again. I need to let the store know face to face that they played!!!! Sauce was also weird and the caramalized onion sauce thing was horrid. It had a JUICE. Not sauce but a bunch of soft onions in a flavorless brown juice

Flavors were good but rice was literally HARD. Inedible as a dish. And the brown paper bowl it came through was soaked with the oil from the food and getting everywhere.

The Tamarind Carrots were absolutely delicious with the Plaintains and jollof rice. They didn't have the Salmon for my bowl, but it was still so good. I would come back to try the salmon
