This place was a hidden gem we discovered while staying in the area to visit Lassen. The portions were generous, flavor excellent, and incredible value. The fresh spring rolls, pad thai, green curry special, and mango sticky rice were all fantastic. Would visit again if ever in the area!

So Thai food is one of my favorite foods and I'm pretty picky. I ordered the 11. Larp Salad with chicken and the Pad Hin Ma 22. Pad Hin Ma Parn chicken and I'm very happy!! Flavor is amazing, portion size is great, and fresh. I will definitely be trying more from Thai Cuisine Express. I really enjoyed Pad Hin Ma Parn, such a great smoky flavor with cashews and the veggies were cooked perfectly

14. Laos Vermicelli Kaow Poon Soup
and 38. Red Curry (Med Spicy) are so unbelievably flavorful and delicious. The veggies tasted fresh too. I'm so glad that I decided to try something new today. Great portions as well. Absolutely amazing food. 😋

14. Laos Vermicelli Kaow Poon Soup was phenomenal and spicy! so happy to have a new, affordable Thai place in town. The Thai Ice Milk Tea (Cha Yen) was flavorful and not overly sweet. Big portions, and I love that the ingredients for the soup came fresh in a separate container. This will make for wonderful leftovers tomorrow. Will definitely be ordering again!

14. Laos Vermicelli Kaow Poon Soup was just the right flavor not too sweet, the quail eggs were a surprise. I wasn't sure if I liked them or not but I did try one. The 3. Fried Pork Eggrolls (6pc) were the tightest rolled egg rolls I've ever had, I was really impressed by the attention to detail. The Thai Ice Milk Tea (Cha Yen) was good also. Overall great value and flavor.
