This was my first time ordering from Thai Hot 1. Fried Rice was great! Orange chicken and Sweet & Sour with sticky rice was great also. The Orange chicken was in much larger chunks/strips than I've every seen before. But did not affect taste.

Maki rolls are tiny! I got 2 different kinds. Definitely not $18 worth of sushi. I can get better quality sushi at the grocery store. I wish we could post pictures of items so people know what to expect.

Chicken Satay was completed dried out. No cucumber sauce included as advertised. Menu doesn't indicate how many pieces the order include. (It's 3 pieces) All sauces with my items exploded when I took the lids off. Crab Rangoon was so/so. More doughy on the bottom than crispy.

I'm not sure what happened because usually my food here is great but today I had summer rolls that were about 98% lettuce and the lettuce was old and browning. My Pad See Ew was flavorless, had baby carrots randomly thrown in it and I seriously had 2 small pieces of chicken in it. Plus all the veggies in it just seemed undercooked. $ 26 is a lot to pay for really below average food. I'll be sticking with Baan Rao from now on.

Fried rice is best flavor execution thus far locally.  I have tried almost all the Asian places in this area, minus maybe one or two so far. You can really taste the smoky, hot, wok flavor, which many restaurants lack. Stirfry and is actually an art and not everyone can master the technique . I am Korean and eat and try lots of fried rice, and Asian food in general, and also am a huge foodie, so big kudos! The pad Thai was very disappointing coming from a restaurant that specializes in Thai food. Both the noodle texture and flavor or sad. May be a fluke for that cook, but I definitely have no desire to order it again . The sushi is decent having been a sushi chef myself.  Overall, this is my number one choice for fried rice.
