6x cut rolls
Salmon and Toro were both excellent! 5/5! Very fresh and high quality
The other rolls, amber jack, scallops, and spicy tuna were all very good. I'm more partial to the other fish preference. Spicy tuna was a bit too spicy for me.
The size of the cut rolls were small, but the quality was worth the price. Rice was a nice petite amount, the way I prefer.

The Sunomono Salad was fresh, but it didn't taste like anything special - tasted like cucumber and soy sauce. For $6, the portion wasn't very big and probably wouldn't necessarily order this dish again.
The 6 Hand Roll Set (Salmon, Blue Crab, Spicy Tuna, Amberjack, Negi Toro, Scallop) was delicious, but I'm not sure I can justify the price. Overall, the food was tasty but pricey, and the food was well packaged!

As a vegetarian, it's tough to find good vegetarian/vegan sushi. I absolutely love The Bar by Seabutter because of their options. This is the second time I've ordered their Vegan 5 Hand Roll Set (Avocado, Cucumber, Veggie, Truffle Meji Mushroom, Ume - Shiso) and it's delightful. Really fresh and a good portion-- for ME. If you're expecting large American style sushi, this ain't it. These are perfect petite rolls (I ask for cut pieces) and I usually have some left over for the next day. My personal favorite is the Ume - Shiso . It's tangy and delicious!

unfortunately, I was disappointed by these handrolls. for the price, I was expecting the larger "cone" size handrolls ive gotten from other restaurants. however, I was surprised when I opened my box and these were basically the size of 6-piece basic cut rolls, just not cut. the toppings werent evenly distributed (ikura and green onions were concentrated in the middle of the rolls only) which made for an unsatisfactory eating experience. the quality of the ingredients in the Lux 3 Hand Roll Set (Salmon Truffle, HYE, Negi Toro) didnt justify the price point either. additionally, my Miso Cup was $5 and was under-salted and overly sweet. oh... and the Soy Sauce they give is sodium free too </3 for the same price I can fill up on higher quality sushi elsewhere
