Everything is just spectacular. I love all the danish flavors...The croissants are like you get in Paris. Beautifully laminated and airy. 12/10!!

Ardor is one of those places where every single menu item is crafted with thought and care. The absolute best Peoria has to offer. I got the Salmon Tartine and the Tepache Shakeup, with a fresh sourdough loaf for later. The tartine was overflowing with schmear, fresh vegetables, and herbs. It was decadent and everything I could have asked for. The tepache shakeup was amazing- the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and a nice fermented kick. My sourdough was still warm from this morning's bake. Run to order from Ardor. You won't regret it.

Absolutely one of the best focaccia's in the Midwest! It is soft and airy with great balance of rosemary and salt.

All the pastries were so delicious! The Chocolate Croissant is always a favorite. The Blueberry Lemon pastry was something new for me to try. It was delicious. Definitely recommend this place for all their pastries and food!

Best sandwich you'll ever have. Order extra for the next day. It tastes just as fresh. It's a big sandwich. Even if you don't like mustard it's still delicious
