I ordered thru doordash and did not receive the Dirty Rice I ordered. the bag was only slightly tied with not tampering seal. I ordered the boudinBoudin Links (only 1 link) to he roasted, and it was still cils in the middle. The seasoning in the Pork Cracklins was a but salty

The Chicken Sausage Gumbo roux taste just wasn’t there. The chicken inside seemed good and finally I didn’t get bad rice because the last places I ordered gumbo from the rice been hard esc. So that’s a plus. In addition, I didn’t like the Regular Boudin Links at all but The Brown Sugar Lemonade was The best part.

Boudin as a burger? What are they smoking? IT'S AMAZING!!
If you've not tried it, don't even bother trying to imagine how good it is until you get it in your food hole. After that, you can come back here and thank me for the suggestion.
Also, the Cole Slaw is kinda a big deal.

The beef boudin was dry and flavorless. Which is a shame since it's so overpriced. They are charging too much for if it was great boudin. So for not so good boudin it's ridiculous. The gumbo was so salty I couldn't eat it. I'll admit that a previous time the gumbo was great. That's why I ordered it again. However, this shows an obviously inconsistency in the recipe. Someone is just making it randomly each time and that's no way to maintain quality! I was very disappointed this time!
