The stir fry Stir Fry Bowl is phenomenal. I get egg noodes, garlic and butter sauce, shrimp chicken, corn, carrots, beans and broccoli. The portion is always big so that leaves me with left overs which I love. 10/10 never had a bad experience with this!!!

I have to tell you that I moved to the Albany area almost 18 years ago, and I had yet to find decent Asian food! When I lived in Michigan the Asian food there was just outstanding no matter what restaurant you went to. I have found that it's all very different here.
I was about to give up on Asian food and then I came across this title The Bowl, so I clicked on it to see what it was all about. I thought well, it's different than any I have tried before so why not!
I order the bowl with rice, shrimp, mushrooms, scallions, bean sprouts, with garlic butter. The first bite I took I was in heaven! Finally! I have a favorite restaurant now, and I don't need any other!!

The cucumbers taste like chemicals and this does not taste fresh. Ive ordered this salad bowl multiple times from a different restaurant and it's the exact same toppings but this one is almost double the price and not as fresh and tasty.

Absolutely delicious stir fry bowl...I order the no carb with chicken and lots of veggies, and have tried both the garlic butter and ginger sauce which are very very good. I think I have an addiction to this dish it's SO good, and feels so healthy too! A big thumbs up for this restaurant:)
