Honestly always hot and delicious. There is a bit of a wait but it's totally worth it. The food is always hot fresh and clean. Im so obsessed with the garlic parmesan Tenders (10) and always get the Regular French Fries extra crispy for that CRUNCH

Fries were cold and lacked sauce. The breading on my mango habenero chicken was falling off. I paid $1.10 for a small 1/2 filled ramekin of ranch (definitely not worth it).

Been a couple years, the smaller portion sizes do not justify the new prices. Not worth even with free delivery & 10% off promotions. I also unfortunately found a bone in my food that I bit into, thankfully no damage done.

first off, the service was subpar, and they took much longer than stated. then they were out of regular sized lids, but wouldn't give a large cup with a lid since i already paid for a regular.
then wrong sauce on the pineapple jalapeno tenders, and if it was correct it tasted nothing like pineapple jalapeno, it was just extremely salty.
i ordered cajun fries, just got plain fries.
ordered ranch with all three items, and got none.
overall extremely disappointed

The wings were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The Cajun fries were devoured immediately. The peanutbutter shake was delicious. The only reason we couldnt give a 5 stars was the salted caramel shake. It was very bad, it tasted like all they had put in it was salt. Despite that we are 100% going to be coming back
