Being a virtual restaurant is strange, but it worked. I did a pickup through DoorDash. I never got a "Finished" notifcation, just a "Your food should be finished now" making me uncertain.
The food was very good though. Very tasty. I wish they would give more than just 7 onion rings since you pay almost $2 for the upgrade.

Every burger had something wrong with it ordered a fried Build Me Up Fried Chicken Combo and came grilled , ordered a Build Me Up Grilled Chicken Combo no lettuce or Pickel and was dry and fries were burnt and crunchy, Mad for Mozza Burger Combo was missing the red sauce and only like 6 onion rings for 24 bucks would of thought more for the price

Extremely overpriced for the amount of food that you get boxes were not even completely full with the onion rings that we got, only 4 PER BOX! Note in the fact that they taste frozen and bland, just a soggy onion. (See photo) Not to mention we paid five dollars for a Coca-Cola that did not arrive with our order (see photo of receipt) when it was dropped off. The order total after tip and all ended up being $87. Not a good start to our weekend getaway.

Burger was fresh and seasoned well. The portion size was very good and I would highly recommend. I would order it again as well

Purchased the build me up burger combo. It was THE BEST burger I have ever had. We had a large order (group of 9) so it took a bit, so if you're getting delivery that might take a while I'd see if you could get the sauce/pickles on the side becuase it made the bun a little soggy... but I still smashed it! Was in Gatlinburg on vacation and will not be able to have this at home and will be dreaming of it!! So freaking good.
