The Butter Chicken was sooo good. Some places skimp out on chicken but this had a lot. The gravy was savory and creamy, I like that it was thicker and not runny. Garlic Naan was very flavorful and cooked well. I think this will be my go to for butter chicken for now on.

The Tandoori Shrimp I got was cold and somehow very watery. It had no flavor. It was red with food coloring but no spice. It had an odd paring of green chutney and raw broccoli onion and cabbage. Also it was expensive since it only has 6 shrimps. The Lamb Tikka Masala gravy was good. I requested to make it extra spicy which it was not spicy at all, all the food severely lacked flavor and especially salt. The lamb gravy was best among all the food I got, that says something since it only had 5 tiny pieces of lamb. I tried to pick up some for pic so you can see how big those pieces really are. For Garlic Naan order, it was one small naan. It was also cold and hard to chew. Definitely expensive for the quality and quantity you are getting!

Honestly the BEST place in greenwood for Indian food! The Chicken Tikka Masala was heavenly rich and flavorful, a little spicy bite at the end. The Garlic Naan was perfectly cooked and just the right amount of garlic. So so so delicious! Try the Mango Lassi too, you wont be disappointed. My new favorite spot!

Chicken Tikka Masala is the BEST and most flavorful I have ever had in my LIFE. Amazingly cooked Extra Rice every time. The Naan is SO delicious. EVERY time I have ever gone to Black Pepper or even before when it was Clay Oven- EVERYTIME the food is amazing. The service is friendly. Black Pepper deserves every good thing coming to them with their beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding service. Truly one of the best restaurants in all of Indiana ! 5 stars always and my top recommendation. <3

First time ordering here first bite of the Vegetable Pakora I was in love perfectly seasoned and fried. They provided mango chutney Mint/Cilantro Chutney and tamarind sauce so good. Chai/Tea could have been a bit stronger but that's personal preference still delicious. 10/10 best decision ill make all year
