The The Belly Burger  and Steak Quesadilla Quesadilla  were cooked to perfection. The bacon wasn't hard and the hamburger was juicy. My Quesadilla came with lettuce , tomato, salsa,sour cream and sauteed onions. It wasn't too greasy. We wanted more of the BBQ sauce for the Belly Burger but overall a 5 out of 5 . chef's kiss

The Belly Burger was great, juicy and the flavor profile was good. The bacon was not overcooked or under cooked. He did not have dressing on the slaw.Spinach Salad with grilled chicken had plenty of grilled chicken, cheese and berries. Flavor was married well.  Overall the food is good. This is our second time dining here . Fresh and flavorful we would order again but not the coleslaw.

The food and the value was phenomenal! I was surprised that they gave me a fried green tomato which I really really wanted but didn't know that came with the plate so that was an extra surprise. I even got a small helping of dessert. Smells like apple pie or apple cobbler looks amazing. The portion sizes are great. The macaroni and cheese taste like it was just made very fresh. I would definitely eat from this place again and again and just order something different each time.

I ordered the Slackey's sampler. I got dried green tomatoes, corn nuggets and buffalo chicken dip. I even got an additional order of buffalo chicken dip for later. Plenty of food!!! Amazing!! Who would've thought pepper jelly and pimento cheese would be great with fried green tomatoes!

Now that’s a Southern Friday flex if I’ve ever seen one. The Downtown Chief is throwing down a plate that reads like a love letter to comfort food: crispy fried fish, golden okra, creamy potato salad, tangy slaw, and those iconic fried green tomatoes—finished off with pudding and a dinner roll
