Since 1992 owners Mike & Doug have been following The Dave Matthews band around the country to watch concerts. Along the way, we noticed a need for restaurants that featured quality breakfast food. Af…
Everything was perfect, including the packaging and delivery. The food is excellent quality, and I liked the variety of choices on the menu. It was nice to be able to specify what fruit I want in the generously-filled fruit cup.

Eggs were great! Corn beef hash was disappointing and disgusting. For 8.99, and a small portion at that. Everything else is fine. Work on your corned beef hash game. Was basically over cooked potatoes and shredded beef. Should have just given me the stuff out of the can. Yuck.

The corned beef hash was beyond delicious, the grits and eggs were top-tier, and the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast was a chefs kiss.
The portion was enough for 2 people, and I will definitely order this again.

Ordered biscuits and gravy. Omg. So much gravy and sausage and we suspect little chunks of ham. So big my friends saved large biscuit and gravy for later because I ordered two just in case. I ordered cyo omelet. Holy cow! HUGE. With hash browns. HUGE. I'm VERY VERY PLEASED.

We eat at the Egg Bistro frequently. Mostly breakfast, always in the bistro or back patio. This was our first Bistro delivery with Door Dash. We enjoyed the citrus french crullers. French Cruellers are my husband's favorite style of donut, they are light and airy, tasting of egg custard. The citrus icing and fresh fruit made these dessert like. Some whipped cream would cut the sweetness of the icing nicely. The 2 crullers came with choice of eggs and meat as well as choice of potatoes. A complete meal to satisfy cravings of savory and sweet. We chose poached eggs, bacon and cubed hashbrowns; all were all were great. We also ordered, for the first time, The Virginia Beach cheesesteak with buffalo cauliflower, a delicious side, well worth the upcharge. It came with spicy ranch and chipotle aioli which was a nice generous portion. The buffalo cauliflower is always awesome. I was happy to see it available as a side offering. The VB cheesesteak was dissappointing. The meat, I think, is just prcessed cheesesteak meat instead of house made sliced sirloin, which I would expect from the Egg Bistro. Unfortunately, it tasted like breakfast sausage. Maybe it was griddled where the breakfast sausage was also cooked. We couldnt eat it. The lettuce was wilted but there was no way for me to ask for it on the side. The dill pickle tasted housmade or a brand naturally pickled, like Bubbies. We split all of the food but couldnt eat the cheesesteak that tasted like pork breakfast sausage and was very dry. The sub roll tasted like old grease and was over-steamed and too tough to eat. Even without eating the sandwich, our bellies were satisfied.
