The prices are a bit high for the portion sizes, but the food is really tasty. I don't know if it is because doordash raises the prices high when they deliver. The food tasted fresh overall. The pita chips for the Buffalo Chicken Dip were hit or miss, and the dip portion was so small. They don't don't travel well. The Black and Blue Steak Salad was excellent. The Shrimp & Grits was very tasty. Peach Cobbler it was really good, but it was just super cold.Collard Greens is a really small portion. I would order again, but maybe only do pick up or in the restaurant to make sure it's frrsh and hot.

The southern fried chicken was delicious. However, I was very disappointed with the mac and cheese - it was cold and there was more crust topping than actual macaroni. Very few fries were given, but they were tasty. I wouldn't order again.

This food is VERY overpriced. Tiny portion sizes. The $6 sides are about 4oz (served in a 6oz styrofoam cup). Mediocre food quality. It's decent, but honestly I've had better fast food sandwiches. The chicken sandwich was $18 with a meager serving of fries; the value just isn't there. These are potatoes, just hook up your customers. Sheesh. To top it off, there was an item missing from what I purchased. Just not worth it, in my opinion. Disappointing experience.

Absolutely terrible experience ordering lunch for a corporate event from The Hatch. We ordered 18 sandwiches and only received 14 — leaving multiple people without food during a work function.
The only bright spot in this entire disaster was our DoorDash driver, who was incredible and far more professional than the restaurant itself. He was forced to wait there for over an hour and a half while The Hatch repeatedly gave him the runaround and kept changing the timeline for when the food would be ready.
After the driver had already been waiting for an hour, he was then told it would be ANOTHER hour before the wraps were made. When I attempted to call for an update, The Hatch disconnected their phone line entirely rather than deal with customers.
Missing food, zero accountability, awful communication, and complete disrespect for both customers and delivery drivers. If you’re ordering for any kind of business meeting or event, do yourself a favor and order literally anywhere else.
