I ordered a single Rigatoni & Meatballs for my parents to share. There were 3 large meatballs they seemed to like it. The Burrata I ordered for myself and I will say it doesn't translate well to a to-go container but it was tasty. The contrast with the strawberries was interesting. From a portion prospective considering the Burrata was under shareables I was disappointed there was only one. If they are making it themselves vs buying the cheese I'll cut them some slack but if this is just store bought Burrata then dont skimp. 2 pieces make it shareable one is just a tease. In the end I wanted a decent meal for my parents and a break from cooking and that is what I got.

Normally I'm very easy to please, but my Penne all Vodka was just a touch above okay, and only a little bit better than a frozen box of something similar with the same small portion size, but cost me $16. The flavor was pleasant enough, just super basic and unremarkable. It was just a scoop of penne with red vodka sauce and a few slices of garlic. I was really excited to try this place so I'm pretty bummed at how overpriced it was for what felt like a glorified TV dinner. It might help for the restaurant to add descriptions to their menu items on DoorDash - there's no way I would have paid $16 for such a basic little dish after reading the description, and this experience would have been avoided. I'll try this place again because it looks right up my alley, but the Penne all Vodka was a swing and a miss for me this time.

Food was tasty but the portion sizes were so so small for the cost. I got the penne and it was maybe a cup of noodles- shockingly small for $16. The side of fries was also small. Maybe a fist full. Really disappointed for how expensive it was.

Love The James in person with a cocktail on the side, but the food is not great delivered - expensive for the quality and portion sizes. The egg in my Oriechetta Carbonara was scrambled, not sure if it was poorly prepared or if that happened in transport.

I ordered a Pepperoni pizza and Buffalo wings. The food was done quickly. The taste on everything was kind of bland. The pizza tasted like it had no sauce. The wings were decent but it was strange they put the sauce on the side. So, there was not enough sauce. I was also disappointed I couldn't sub blue cheese for Ranch. It didnt matter because they didn't include either. All in all, I wish I'd gone somewhere else. I won't order from here again.
