My sandwich was toasted to perfection. The bread was buttery, sandwich cheesy and the meat is very tender. 1st time ordering and definitely won't be the last. The fries remind me of steak fries with a crinkle cut. My favorite 2 combined into 1. Delicious!

Giddy up sandwich from this location is AWFUL and pitiful. Barely any meat in the sandwich plus uneatable/charred meat. I love meltdown, I've ordered this exact sandwich in Waukesha, but this sandwich is completely unacceptable. Not worth the money.

my sandwich is a thin layer of brisket with A Lot of fat. The side order of onion rings. They only gave me 4 onion rings. Highly upset for it to cost close to $20 for a Giddy Up Melt - Combo . Do better

the treating myself melt was just slapped together. It only had maybe 6 slices of strawberries and the cheesecake I can't even describe it. I basically threw it in the garbage. very unpleasant this time around.

Our order was a little over $100, with a variety of dishes. It was also our first time eating here, so we were looking forward to trying it out on a slower Sunday evening.
- Ordered 2 of the feeling groovy chicken melts. The meat on both was incredibly dry and stringy to the extent it was difficult to eat. Both were also missing over half of the toppings listed as coming on the melt when ordering as-is. This didnt help the issues with the chicken... One of them was even missing cheese! Not much of a melt. Plus, when you consider that youre paying $15 a piece for a dry chicken cutlet and a few spinach leaves on bread only compounds the poor experience.
- Also ordered a giddy-up. The meat on this was also incredibly dry and stringy. Its also worth noting that there was so little on the melt, plus again we were missing the "default" toppings, that it was more like eating plain Texas toast.
- My kids had 2 of the plain turkey melts, which they didnt seem to mind. But, we ordered fruit with both of theirs and it was not included with their food, or credited back to us. So needless to say, half a sandwich did not fill them up and we ended up having to cook anyways.
- The one dish I didnt regret ordering was the treat yourself dessert. It was average at best, but when the rest of the meal misses the mark so completely youre just happy to have somethibg that you dont mind eating.
Its a shame, we really wanted to like this spot. I tend to give more grace to newer places but even with that said, the quality of our meal was completely unacceptable.
