the oxtail is so delicious its my staple dish from here they are always full of flavor and very tender i just wish they gave more than 2 or 3 pieces in a portion or that they were bigger but with prices i undrstand i just wish they had an option where u can add on to get extra oxtail and extra gray when ordering with wakyee.
The waakye is very flavorful and not as dry as other restaurants however i have ordered the suya chicken multiple times (4-6 times) and literally each time i recieved it differently..a couple times i was given a completely different protein just with suya powder on it and the other times the chicken was cooked different and they use different ckicken as wel (party wings vs drums. etc) The egusi stew and fufu is delicious, I have also order that dish multiple times and it is ALWAYS PERFECT the blended herbs with the fish is 🔥 always delicious. I want to give it 5 because the flavor is great however the inconsistency can be very disappointing when ordering and not knowing if it will be correct or not.

Portions are very small but flavor is good and spicy , I ordered the spinach and Egusi with beef , it came with 3 pieces of beef but it seemed like they just put the egusi around the meat definitely need more spinach and egusi for the price !

The okra stew was spicy yet flavorless and the oxtails were full of fat. The oxtail stew isnt really a stew it's just 2 oxtails with jollof rice, which I could say was the only thing palpable. Spent $40 for this. I will seek around for the best restaurant of African cuisine I could find. The fufu was not what I was used to.

I had 1. Spinach & Egusi Stew and when I tell youeverything was amazing even after a 35 minute travel, I mean it. I have tried egusi and pounded yam before and thought it was nasty until I tried it here. The flavors are superior but beware it does have quite a kick of spice. Overall 11/10

Food was soo good , fresh and flavorful. It still was hot when it got deli . At the top of my list for African food! I had the 1. Spinach & Egusi Stew with chicken . Chicken was very flavorful too which i loved.
