This was good, I am always impressed with Patty Shack. One complaint I have is just that the burger buns get really soggy in the styrofoam containers and I think it would be helpful if they poked the top of the container with something to vent a little steam, other than that everything is great!

Patty Daddy and both different types of fries (Garlic Fries & Cheese Fries ) were good, but the Four Piece Fried Chicken not so much. The chicken pieces were really small and really burnt, threw them away.

Cheeseburger wasn't cooked enough, had onions on it despite request for no onions and the cheese fries no longer have the cheese sauce but instead melted cheese which over cook the fries. We ordered this specifically because she got braces and her teeth hurt, usually it would be soft enough for her to eat. But, this time we had throw it away and make mac and cheese.

A couple months ago the burgers were great and would've rated 4 stars. Now they are dry, and taste flavorless. Burger seems frozen and not fresh. If not, they are being overcooked and left in a warmer for too long . Chicken is still banging though.

The cheese fries just had a melted piece of white cheese or something looks weird and not what's advertised or what I've had in the past :/
