That was the best meatball I've ever had in 50 years on this planet. The texture and the flavor are perfect -- but that hint of unexpected smokiness sends it over the top.
If there's a food you always thought you hated, it's because you never had this guy's version (looking at you, broccoli rabe, and you too, stuffed peppers).
This man has God-like powers. I'm glad he's using them for good.

10/10 I Literally crave the soup regularly all week! His sandwiches are amazing and everything this guy makes is delicious! I would trust him with my life! Miss you from Bayonne and Glad to see you're Up and Running in JC! Can't wait to stop by soon!
