The Caramel Apple Iced Latte was so good! It's a great drink for fall. I got the Original Iced Capp® with vanilla syrup and it was super yummy too!

The Peppermin Hot Chocolate was absolutely delicious and creamy. Bacon Bagel Breakfast Sandwich was alright, nothing really to complain about. The Holiday Dream Cookie definitely made me a little sad, I've ordered it before and it came out much beggr than this.

When the food is done right, it is so, so good. the problem is, it's very inconsistent. It must be a training issue because this is true with any store I have gone to. I order their Bacon Bagel Breakfast Sandwich because, frankly, when done right it's the best in the business. That's why I keep coming back, even though I often get burned. they used to put two eggs on the sandwich - which made sense as the bagel is too big for just one. Abruptly they stopped putting a second egg on the sandwich - now I have to buy my second egg.
ok, fine - shrinkflation. I get it. Except now we've added a variable to my order - which for some reason the fragile Tim Horton's ecosystem cannot handle. I might get two eggs. I might get one. I might get a dozen donuts, and no sandwich at all (that actually happened once at a different location).
GET IT TOGETHER Tim Horton's. You have a superior product, when done right.
tl/dr: You owe me an egg.

I ordered thesame thing yesterday and got 2 pieces of toast in a pper bag which seemed better than peeling this single piece of toast off cardboard box. It wasnt as salty as well wen it was 2 pieces of toast. Very disappointing on the second time ive had this

For the positive, my coffee is always spot on. I like that, it's the most important part of my order. However, they are always out of stock when I order food. If this is an on-going complaint, consider allowing substitution options for better customer service?
