The store always gets my order right and always prompt. Amazing service! I got a surprise with my order this evening, the staff added an extra pastry for me :-) Thank you.

Original Iced Capp® This is what I ordered and paid for. Instead they sent me an iced coffee and crossed out the iced capp, saying it was not available. They didn't even contact me. Apparently it's okay to charge for one thing and then give a cheaper item.

Every donut and food was out of stock. So even then they took way too long to make the order. I was deeply disappointed because they aren't usually like this.

Once again items are missing from my order. I have called this location before for the same issue and they don't seem to be able to follow a screen properly to make sure all items are there. WORST location
