It's like the oatmilk was spoiled. It was lumpy and I could not drink it. The matcha was beautifully made.

The Caramel Iced Capp was completely defrosted. It was absolutely horrible. It taste disgusting as well. It was made when the order came in and sat out until there was a dasher available. Very disappointing.

Coffee was good. It's frustrating when you order donuts with chocolate on top, and they throw them into a bag instead of a bag. All 4 donuts were stuck together with chocolate all over. The only reason I am saying anything because this has happen more often then not. Currently recovering from surgery, difficult to manage/clean up with one hand. It I could it would be 2.5 stars

not what I ordered. I hate when they send me what they want me to have. The Boston Cream Donuts was hard and the others was not close to a substitute.

I ordered an XL French Vanilla with a shot of espresso and they sent Hot Chocolate instead of the coffee. This has happened multiple times.
