the burger sucked. the chili shouldn't have beans when placed on a burger but thats just my opinion. the French onion soup is way to salty and the pasta salad serving was so small. I wont be ordering again.

Perhaps because I had such an early lunch order in the day, the quality was as received.
One is able, usually, to tell by taste and consistency (dry or moist) when chicken is prepared freshly or when it is taken out of the fridge and cut cold then warmed on the grill. The latter was my unfortunate experience this first time of ordering delivery from this restaurant. The bread was soft and that was a plus. However, the sandwich was very dry, with minimal peppers/onions/mushrooms and cheese. I did add more cheese from my fridge. The taste of the chicken was that of warmed up chicken. And the consistency of the bites buried from very small to a large slice of chicken. As this is the first time that I've ordered delivery from this restaurant, I'm not sure of other experiences. It could've just been an off day/meal. I would try them again in the future, at a later time. But asked for today, this was my initial experience. I was unable to eat any more past a few bites. The packaging was fine as was the portion. But as for the Philly, chicken experience, with the grilled flavor and the support of grilled veggies and cheese all intertwined, it just wasn't there today. I share this only because I would want to know if this were my kitchen. I'm so sorry to leave negative feedback :(

normally this Buffalo Chicken Salad is a decent size, maybe even enough to save and eat the rest later. This time I could see the bottom of the to-go box through the salad... there was hardly anything in there. very disappointing as it's a $15 salad.

The ranch container was open in the box and so my chips were swimming in a puddle of ranch. Good thing I like ranch dressing I guess.
The sliders were good but dry and there wasn't an option when ordering to add or ask for things like mayo, ketchup, mustard. Good thing I was at home and had those items instead of at work or elsewhere.
