the *Shishito Peppers were amazing! the sushi was amazing, too. the sashimi and nigiri was perfectly cut. however, the sashimi arrived all in a jumble in the container. considering it's so expensive, such a delicacy, i was surprised. i get better presentation at the grocery.

I just picked up my orde and one of the items was a Trapper. They shoved it into a square clear container. I have never received it like this and for me very $17.00 it is the worst presentation! Looks small also. Not what expect when I come to Trapper Sushi.
So disappointed!

The *Trapper’s Dinner is quite the meal, enough for two people. There is also miso soup, cucumber salad, and another appetizer. I changed my appetizer to a squid salad for an extra dollar. The wasabi, soy sauce, and ginger will constantly change the flavor profiles make for an enjoyable experience.

Delicious! Even if it's something you've never heard of, in some crazy way, it is DELICIOUS! I order the *Bonney Lake Roll & the Utah, mainly because i'm into the deep fried sushi rolls, and I could order these for the rest of my life!
Great food, great servers, all around great restaurant.

The food here is always good. I was surprised that the Gyoza didn't match the description, though - only 3 Gyoza for 8.25 instead of the listed 6.
