Great coffee, horrible philly beef wrap. How does a beef wrap have almost no beef and giant hard pieces of lettuce tasted like garbage.

This store does not care to pack the items in a carrybag no matter you spend over $25. Thiis is not the first time either. They hand over your sandwich or cheese cake by itself without a proper carry bag for the carryout exposing your food to everything on the way.

Chicken salad sandwich- dryyy. How is that even possible when chicken salad is made with mayo? Also one tiny leaf of lettuce and a quarter sized tomato.
Apple Strudel Muffin - also dryyyyy. Not even heating up or butter helped. Definitely no apple chunks or strudel topping as advertised.
Parfait was watery on top and overall looked and tasted not fresh.
Will def not order from here again. Trees used to be a favourite but looks like quality has gone downhill-or maybe it's this location.

trees organic cheesecakes are one of the best cheesecakes around. Especially love the maple walnut one!
