Do not use through Door Dash. The merchant cancelled my oder! I called Trophy Blooms and left a voicemail several days ago but no reply. I called back again today and Jewels said they've had staffing issues and have been closed due to covid. Ok, but certainly a manager or owner could monitor voicemail and call back?Terrible customer service. Unfortunately, my friend, who was waiting on her scheduled delivery of condolence flowers was inconvenienced and confused. So embarrassing. I saw another bad review on Google. Seems like Trophy Blooms did not like the discounted price through DoorDash so they just cancelled it, without calling the sender or the poor waiting recipient. If this merchant doesn't like working with DoorDash then just withdraw from the DoorDash platform already.
