I love the tropical smoothie location on university! They always have my exact order correct and all of my items are always fresh! I order from them in person a lot but I will also be doordashing now as well lol. The CHIPOTLE CHICKEN CLUB is a nicely put together food item and nicely sized as well, along with a smoothie and side im always satisfied! 10/10

delicious as always! HUMMUS VEGGIE wrap is my favorite and my tropical smoothie GO TO. i switched up my smoothiethis time and got theALMOND BANANA PROTEIN smoothie with pea protein + half turbinado and i tastes amazing.always perfect portion sizes and always fresh. definitely will order again and again!

CANNOT READ TICKETS TO MAKE A BOWL CORRECTLY. SECOND, AND LAST, TIME THEY SCREWED MY ORDER UP.
LAST TIME ...NO PEANUT BUTTER.
THIS TIME...PAID EXTRA FOR -EXTRA- STRAWBERRIES, -EXTTRA- BLUEBERRIES AND PEANUT BUTTER. I GOT -3- STRAWBERRIES AND -4- BLUEBERRIES AND -NO- PEANUT BUTTER IN A HALF FULL BOWL.
FOR FREE, I GOT AN ARGUMENTATIVE MANAGER WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS.

I've placed two pick up orders here and both experiences were terrible. I had ordered a smoothie and a wrap at 6:11. I waited and waited and then finally got my food and smoothie at 6:42. The wrap was soaked in dressing. I had the same cashier both times and she is unfriendly and annoyed. While waiting for my food she was texting while taking orders at the counter and would have to ask the customer to repeat the order because she was in her phone. Will not return to this location.

The midtown Tropical Smoothie forgot to give my Dasher our food. I called the store to ask them what happened and they said the wrong receipt was attached to my bag, but that's not true, it was the correct receipt, they just forgot to finish the order. Also, my PEANUT PARADISE™ has not tasted like peanut lately but more like a banana smoothie. The last couple of orders have been a real disappointment.
