Portion of chicken was small, over cooked, no napkins or straw was in bag smoothie should have a more secure seal especially for the price

Hit or miss. Ordered the THREE CHEESE CHICKEN 'DILLA with extra chicken for an extra $2 and the quesadilla was pretty much cheese with a few slim pieces of chicken.

beverage was terrible the fruit had to have been spoiled or went badSUNRISE SUNSET™ wouldn't order it again unless the fruit were fresh literally had to spit it back in the cup and I love tropical smoothiecafe this was the first bad experience I've had at tropical smoothiecafe and Ilive had it in several other states hoping Virginia wouldn't disappoint but sadly it did
ACAI BOWL was phenomenal though didn't disappoint with that 😉

Every time I order some kind of wrap, I swear it's smaller and smaller. For how much it cost this is ridiculous no matter how much extra you ask for.

I got the SUPERGREEN CAESAR CHICKEN wrap. I always get it. This time it was nasty. They added tomatoes, which I checked for it to be taken off, and checked for extra Parmesan crisps, there were none at all. The lettuce was soggy too. It's never been nasty like this. Please do better!
