I've ordered twice from here; both times I ordered an edible straw with my smoothie and both times it was missing. Very disappointing. After half my food was missing from the first order, I decided to order again because the smoothie and sandwich I did receive was delicious. Even though the straw was the only item missing this time, still hard to want to continue to order from them when my order is not complete.
Smoothie was good, cookie was amazingly soft and perfect. Bowl had all my extras included and was exactly what I was craving. Whoever packs the bags just need to make sure the straws are inside before closing up.

I ordered an all american wrap with chipotle mayo. There was no chipotle mayo, the wrap was overcooked and the worker lied and said she put the chipotle mayo on the wrap yet you could taste no chipotle mayo. The only thing she suggested was to call to get my money back but had zero apologies about the situation.

Açai bowl is terrible. It has canned pineapple, not fresh pineapple, and it just does not taste good. I will not order one from Tropical smoothie again. Very disappointed.

TRIPLE BERRY OAT™ is always a go-to, but I was in the mood for pineapple, so I ordered the ISLAND PUNCH SMOOTHIE for the first time and it is SO good! Very refreshing and tropical with a hint of sour. I usually don't like passionfruit smoothies, but there is only a hint of it in this which is great. The PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CRUNCH FLATBREAD was okay. Would probably be better warm.

I usually get the Supergreen Caesar Chicken Wrap and the Sunrise smoothie and they're always perfect. But today I tried the smashed avocado cheese on sourdough and it was TO FRIGGIN' DIE FOR. It was amazing. If it didn't have nearly a thousand calories I'd get that more often! :D
