The banana wasn't in my bag unfortunately, but my smoothie and my flatbread was hot and delicious. My regular order and I'll definitely be getting this again.

The Thai Chicken wrap wasn't very good. I didn't taste any dressing. Just plain and blah. Yuck. Wouldn't recommend or get again. I used to love them. Thankfully the KIWI QUENCHER® smoothie was very good. It's been awhile since I've ordered here but the wrap seems smaller too.

quality control is horrible. how is it possible to make a BAHAMA MAMA™ not taste like a BAHAMA MAMA™ . literally taste like a few strawberries and ice, nothing else. what was once my favorite smoothie is now the worst. Will never order this garbage again.

I ordered a ceasar wrap, it comes with a bag of chips. I did not receive my chips, called store and was told out of stock. Wrap was not discounted for no chips. Store employee said sorry we're out, I asked why wasn't I notified to pick another item. His answer was well they're free anyway. Very poor attitude and bad customer service. How is Tropical Smoothie going to compensate for poor customer service, and missing food?
