They put the lid directly over the drizzle which ruined the ACAI BOWL
Very little tiny amount of peanut butter and Nutella drizzle
Extremely low quality.
Paid over 20$ and it was not what I was looking forward to at all.

• 2/17/24This order to be honest was not that good my PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CRUNCH FLATBREAD had like 2 slices of banana and barely any peanut butter. and my PEANUT PARADISE™ was watered down hardly any flavor and the color was like almost see through.. I used to really love ordering from here but lately every order I have made has been a big disappointment. I can say this that it's not cool for the prices I have to pay, it's not fair that my food and drinks are being made with hardly any ingrediants.. Going forward from here it would be nice to see better service and stop being so cheap with the ingredients. I don't want to believe that the portions being used to make the food and drinks are the standard at this restaurant, because I'm sure my PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CRUNCH FLATBREAD comes with more than 2 slices of banana and more than a barely there line of peanut butter, but if that's the case then this restaurant needs to seriously re evaluate the prices and if it's not , then it would be nice if all the employees were on the same page in using the proper portions to prepare the food and drinks. and watering down the smoothies is just horrible and if this is the way that Tropical Smoothie wants to represent themselves then I'll find another place to spend my hard earned money and get food and drink that's worth me spending what you guys charge and actually getting decent size portions on my food and not having my drinks watered down, and believe me there are new places popping up all the time .. So good luck to you but FYI if you guys continue to do this to your customers you will see a big decline .

• 3/3/24Delicious!! The jalapeño corn is super yummy!! I held out the hummus on the HUMMUS VEGGIE and had a fantastic burrito as a result. The quesadilla was impressive. They didn’t skimp on the cheese in the CHEESE 'DILLA

• 3/31/24before I even unwrapped the sandwich there was honey all over the outside of the wrapper it even soaking the other wrapper of another sandwich with it as well and when I opened the wrapper my sandwich was nothing more than a very cold very poorly made with 3 embarrassing size banana pieces barely there peanut butter that I literally used a banana I had and peanut butter I had at my own house to fill my sandwich up how it should have in the first place.. Which by saying that I just answered my own question which is " why did I just pay for something I had most of the ingredients to for minus the drinks or blender or Flatbread but the fact us that RESTAURANTS are suppose to be better than the average I can make it at home seriously especially what we pay but when we do to choose to spend our money this way then my food needs to look professional and taste the same as well smh fr. Also my drink the PARADISE POINT™ was just as disappointing. It looked like a watered down version of a dirty banana drink mix definitely nothing like what it's advertised as supposed to be and tasted just as horrible. I even paid extra to add white chocolate and in no way did it even come close to tasting like what it should. There needs to be a discussion about portion use and supervising employees to make sure items are being made with the ingredients they specify in the menu. and stop being so skimpy on portions as well. If and item calls to have bananas on it then make sure it is being made properly. Also it also makes it difficult to enjoy when the food is tastes like it was just thawed from the freezer like in my case the PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CRUNCH FLATBREAD tasted exactly like that.. I'm definitely not going to be spending hard earned money at an establishment that is so plain to see they do not value their customers

• 2/8/25Jerk had rice despite asking for none. There was also so much sauce I could not even eat it. Buffalo wasn't bad but also drowning in sauce. The chocolate covered strawberry smoothie was not good at all.. we haven't eaten here in years & Likely wont be back.
