I really appreciate that Tropical Smoothie Cafe always gets my order right and the smoothies are consistently good. They are quick and efficient. I feel like I get good value for the money Today I had the super Caesar wrap and a Beach Bum smoothie. My son had the cheese quesadilla and all of it was perfect and not messy or sloppily prepared. I appreciate these things.

The TROPICAL DRAGON PASSION SMOOTHIE has WAAAAAAY too much lime! It tastes like liquor there's so much! The CHIPOTLE CHICKEN CLUB did not taste fresh at all and was sloppily made. None of the food came sealed or taped! Very dissatisfied.

Smoothie was amazing, food was decent at best. The chicken quesadilla was pretty small for the price, and didn't that special. The smoothie was very tasty though, and I appreciate the amount of customization options available.

Im giving 2 stars bec my smoothie was amazingly delicious as always but I cant give anymore than that because they messed up my order and reused to fix it! I ordered a KIWI QUENCHER® and a CHIA OATMEAL PUDDING and paid $30 (tip was included) one would think that paying $30 for 2 items off of their menu the least they could do is make it right! Ha well that's a joke cuz insteadof sending what i ordered they sent some kind of peanut butter and banana bowl & I dont eat peanutbutter yuck

I only requested the smoothie and it was soooo good and I really enjoyed it. I have only one complaint. The lid was not secure. You could just lift the lid off, whereas other cups were sealed / taped down with little sticky seals that had to be torn off. It made me a little nervous receiving it unsealed.
