Best brisket sandwich. Consistency in quality, size and fast delivery. Baked potato is done perfectly every time. Turkey breast by the pound or in a sandwich is tender and delicious!!

The dasher that delivered the order mentioned that True Texas BBQ was closing early due to their refrigeration system going out. The entire ordered should not have been accepted by them as it di include cold sides and desserts, both (potato salad and banana pudding) tasted off and were not eaten. The Potato Salad smelled sour and the banana pudding was soupy.. the meats and beans were excellent. No bread was included in the order as selected. We received 4 round slices of pickles and three single rings of thin onion slices and no sauces as selected. The bag also does not come sealed keep this in mind of that bothers you. I was unaware of this until the dasher sent the picture of it in his front seat.

its alright. I'm from North Carolina and I'm picky about bbq, great sausage and mac and cheese. some vinegar based sauce options would of went a long way for me.

Guess i ordered on a bad day but I wasn't impressed . 3 meat plate w/ 2 sides. Sausage was very dry and I only received 1 of the sides that I ordered.
