• 2/19/25I had the Three Meat Plate and with my order had:
- brisket, which was pretty dry and chewy
- chopped brisket, which contained more chewy fat than I wanted
- turkey, which wasn't bad and I enjoyed the most
This was my first time ordering from True Texas BBQ and I don't think I'll be returning.

• 5/30/26firstly, food comes with pickles and onions on top. if that's a vibe killer, dont order. the pickles ruined the meat for me. I didn get my bread.the beans were weird. literally the only thing I could eat was the Mac and cheese. I would recommend a different spot.
