There was a problem with the DoorDash driver so the owner and I communicated and he gave my kid and I free side items for our inconvenience which had nothing to do with him! Wonderful business owner, customer service, and all around nice person. Gained a new regular customer. Also the jalapeño poppers and subs were amazing!!

Forgot my dressing that I paid for and gave no straw. No salt on cardboard fries and barely any meat on my sub.

I've eaten here lots of times over the years, and its always good, but this time was really subpar. wheat bread was stale and there wasn't much meat. still, it was edible. Can't say the same for the macaroni bites. They were disgusting and smelled really bad of cooking oil that I'm pretty sure hadn't been changed in a long, long while. One bite and into the trash they went.

I ordered a super size sub and when I got it, it was a little 6 inch sub with no extra for $20 . Was very disappointed with Tubby's , I love them and they are my favorite sub ever, but to pay that much for so little? I won't order again

For being a XL plus a Jumbo it wasn't close to when I actually get it myself in the drive through. Unfortunately disappointed and usually this business is great with the portions and on top of the price it just wasn't close to what it should have been.
