The Side Tofu was really good! I was pleasantly surprised at how much tofu they give you for the Side Tofu. It was really good value. I also expected it to be just regular tofu, but they fry it up so it's still nice, fresh and warm. I would get it again because it's such a good deal. Staff was also very friendly.

Pho Ga - flavor was great. But the amount of noodles was much less tha when I pick up. Surprised on the amount inconsistency.
Bahn Mi Ga - was surprised at how dry it was. Grill chicken tasted good but amount was not what you'd expect for a $17+ Bahn Mi. Disappointed also on the bread being cold which makes it dryer. Could have a bit more veggies and some sauce for better flavor.
I will definitely continue to buy for pick up as I've not been disappointed with that, but no more delivery for me.

rare beef pho was so fresh and delicious! very generous portion size too imo.the noodoes are a little different than ive had with pho in the past but it's soft silky and delicious. the broth is well devloped and over amazing depth for something so clear and simple. Will definitely order again in the future.

The soup was flavorful and the portions fairly sized. I haven't eaten at Turtle Tower since they moved from their previous locations. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the ingredients and richness of the soup. I'd gladly order again.

I used to go to Turtle Tower on Geary and in the tenderloin all the time. Loved it for the Pho Ga. The Pho broth was amazing during those times. I was really sad when they closed during covid times.
Now that they're back I was tempted to try it but saw the prices and that it was in the financial district which is out of everyone's way. I ordered togo today and was so disappointed with the taste. It is not the same as before. The broth is not the same taste and the Pho noodles are thinner. The amount of Pho they gave was small for $20. The iced coffee was also terrible - not bitter or sweet, just bland. I was so disappointed and immediately wanted my money back.
As someone who used to love Turtle Tower and would go there during my childhood, I am never ordering from there again. The price increase, the terrible quality of the food and the small portion is disappointing. Save your money and order from elsewhere
