• 8/14/26Uptown pho has become a guilty pleasure of mine. Whenever im feeling sick, down, hungover, or just what to treat myself I order the rare steak pho. The veggies and steak come fresh and abundant! I'm never disappointed with the broth either, always piping hot and flavorful.

It wasn't bad. I personally thought the broth was a bit light flavor. It wasn't as "rich" as I have tasted in other places. Decent amount of shrimp and veggies.

I thought it was a dish. Nothing special. It's just extra side of shrimp and veggies.

• 10/16/25The broth on both of these dishes was amazing, the portions are generous (particularly with the meats), and the veggies were impressively fresh. New favorite pho place!

• 9/22/25Absolutely phenomenal pho!!! I got so many pieces of steak. A ton of toppings and the broth is some of the best I've ever had! I'll absolutely be going back :)

• 5/30/25Got the PhuVegetarian Pho (Veggie Broth) (Phở Chay Súp Chay). The bean sprouts were oxidizing, and the cilantro was not fresh.. Also, they continue to put boiling hot broth in a plastic container without punching a small hole on the lid to allow the steam to escape at least.
