the Bolognese Arancini are soooooo good and even though I did takeout they were still crunchy and delicious when I got them

The Chicken Piccata was overcooked and dry. The pasta was over cooked and mushy.
No flavor. Very bland.
The Three Mini Meatballs & Spaghetti was not very appetizing. Meatballs were cold in the middle and lacking flavor.

The Eggplant Parmesan was burned and gummy. The Pan-Fried Fresh Mozzarella wasn’t crispy and tasted like old oil.

Normally, Via's meatballs are incredible, but tonight that was not the case. Dry and overcooked and pretty inedible.

The short rib was amazing. But the steak was tough, minimal seasoning and overwhelmed with brussel sprout taste
